In-person appointments can be booked from 9am to 2pm every Sunday* at Medicine Tree and The Malling Clinic: 8 West Street. West Malling. Kent. ME19 6QX.

Video appointments are also available via zoom if preferred.

*A small number of appointments are available on alternative days if required, please contact me for further information.

New Clients

You will need to complete and return my client registration forms before booking an appointment. These are designed to collect some basic information on your goals / reasons for seeking nutritional therapy, medical history, diet and lifestyle.

Once completed send a copy to my email address below. Once registered I will contact you to arrange your first appointment.

All appointments / package will need to paid in advance. Your appointment will be considered provisional until payment is confirmed and will be held for a maximum period of 72 hours unless otherwise agreed.

Includes one initial and one follow-up appointment

Option 2

£180

Includes one initial and two follow-up appointments (10% discount applied)

After completion of Option 1 or 2 additional follow-ups can be purchased either as:

– Single appointment: £50

– Two appointments: £90 (10% discount applied)

Please note that cost of supplements and functional testing is not included within the above-mentioned package prices. If any supplements and/or functional testing is recommended as part of your personalised plan then these are optional and are at the discretion of the client as whether they want to proceed with them or not.

Consultation Details

Initial Appointment:

1. Health, diet and lifestyle assessment

90 minute in-person appointment

Health diet and lifestyle assessment will allow me to build up a detailed case history. Questions will be asked about personal medical history from birth to present day in particular covering medications and any diagnosed illnesses, family medical history, current symptoms across all body symptoms, lifestyle and food intake. This allows potential imbalances in body functioning as well as likely contributing factors to be identified.

I will go through your client registration forms prior to the appointment to assist with tailoring questions specifically to your case. Estimated to take a minimum of 30 minutes.

2. Development of plan

Estimated at a minimum of 1-hour of research and administration

Review of case history to identify any symptom patterns that indicate underlying imbalances in body systems. Review of current diet and lifestyle to identify any excesses or insufficiencies. All these factors will then be used to develop a personalised plan as well as need for any supplementation or functional testing.

3. Delivery of personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan

Approximately 1 week after initial appointment – 30 minute telephone / video appointment

The client will then receive a personalised plan to include diet and lifestyle recommendations designed to support their body in achieving optimal function. This will be sent by email and followed-up by a 30-minute telephone or virtual session for the client to ask any questions.

Follow-up Appointment:

1. Review of progress

4-6 weeks after start of the plan – 45 minute in-person appointment

During the follow-up session I will ask questions about any new symptoms, progress with original symptoms and issues as well as how each recommendation within the plan went. The nutrition and lifestyle plan can then be adjusted to assist with any issues around implementation as well as take into account any new symptoms.

2. Development of plan

Research and administration estimated at a minimum of 45 minutes

Review of case history in context of any new symptoms and/or reduction of original symptoms. Consideration of alterations needed to support implementation of recommendations.

3. Delivery of adjusted nutrition and lifestyle plan

Approximately 1 week after follow-up appointment – 30 minute telephone / video appointment

The client will then receive an updated diet and lifestyle plan. This will be sent by email and followed-up by a 30-minute telephone or virtual session for the client to ask any questions.

Additional Support Between Appointments

If you have any questions about implementation of the plan or you are concerned about any new symptoms in between sessions then I will be available to contact by email me. I will always aim to answer within 48 hours.

Completion Of Your Package

If need ongoing support with addressing symptoms / implementation of the recommendations then I will recommend that you take up one of the follow-up appointment options. Most clients will need a minimum of two follow-up sessions to fully implement diet and lifestyle changes. If you are working with me to address a long-term chronic issue then support will likely be needed for a minimum of 6 months. Spacing of follow-up appointments can be increased after initial package has been completed depending on the level of support required.

Once you feel that no further support is needed and you reach final follow-up session that you plan to work with me then we will consider the best way for you to move forward over the longer term and you will receive a complementary closing out telephone / video consultation (30 minutes) to make sure you understand how to take any recommendations forward over the long term.
